Playing the game of poking a chad for the most conservative seeming person on the ballot must make us feel so clean and holy. But it hurts the dream of our founders who wanted us to actually live under our Constitution to the point of even dying for it should we need to.
I choose freedom. Trump isn't perfect and he doesn't fit inside the conservative box. The box, at this point, is just a distraction. Trump can free us from some of this enslavement. Even the wall alone is a step back toward our Constitution. We need a strong, fearless leader. He is risking a very cushy retirement and indeed his very life to do this for us (probably more for his grandchildren, but, yes, for US too). No other independently resourced American has stepped forward to try and save us. He's our only chance.
It's not about "who is more conservative." It's about not falling for that trick to lull us into continued serfdom.
Explain to me how I am wrong, please, because I can't see it. Why stick to a holy box of principles over freedom, over the Constitution?

I was taught to question authority, I believe there is no political solution, and generally I’m a cynic.
