I believe in one scene in Jabba’s lair one of the droids was being tortured (by pressing hot plates on the bottom of its feet, IIRC). A droid was in charge of the torture.
But if you want really sick there’s some cyber-Nekomimi sex toys in one episode of Ghost in the Shell...
