I was thinking seriously about going to church today, but my hips are burning, for some reason. And I didn’t sleep well last night. I woke up a little after midnight and it was close to 0300 when I finally went back to sleep.

In the local news this morning, a city bus plowed into a bus stop and killed a person. When they finally got the body untangled, they couldn’t even tell the gender.

The report said the driver “lost control,” and ran up on the curb. Most of the drivers are drug free, because they are all subject to random drug tests, and those are always monitored.

I, for one, am glad that Busdaddy has never had to deal with something like that.

I just fixed another ulcer cocktail, and noticed I’m almost out of ginger. I don’t use it for anything but that, but it sure does a good job.

I get my news on the Internet, and I don’t have any premium channels, so about the only thing I watch is the local weather and PBS — only because I can’t get documentary channels.
