i knew that freepers would react
like this. but honestly, at the end of the day, do you really expect people who are colleagues, who work together every day, despite disagreeing vehemently on positions and policies, to display visceral hatred towards each other? honestly, freepers live in a dream world. GROWN UPS can interact on a human level, no matter where they are on the issues. on what planet do adults snarl and snap and shoot daggers at people with whom they disagree, no matter how violently and with heartfelt opposition.

I just spent yesterday cleaning my FB feed from my leftie friends negative crap about the Rep debate. It would have been so much faster to just unfriend him. I didn’t have the heart.

“uper PAC manager: Well, I’d better replace it, then. (takes a quick peek behind the counter) Sorry squire, I’ve had a look ‘round the back of the office, and, uh, we’re right out of candidates.
Donor: I see. I see, I get the picture.
Super PAC manager: (pause) I got a Kasich.
(pause)
Donor: Pray, does it excite voters?
Super PAC manager: Nnnnot really.
Donor: Well it’s hardly a bloody replacement, is it?!”
BWAHAHAHAHAHA!

it is possible to like and respect someone whose political beliefs you feel are absolutely bonkers and evil. i know there are many freepers who do not believe that, but it is reality. as i am sure you love your dearly demented democrat Motherinlaw!

a relative posted
this on FB, apparently finding it a GOOD THING. xsteen sent it to me and was appalled. Honestly it's almost satanic. She specifically targeted families with kids and the pastor. why in the world did these prolife people stop bc she was chanting yeast infections? it's silly! she thinks that EMBARRASSES prolife people?

I do NOT discuss politics with him. His wife will stand behind him and shake her head so we let what he says go.

My niece, who was raised Catholic and is in college, keeps posting stuff promoting PP. I hadn’t realized how stupid she was. I ignore her posts, and doubt she would try to pawn off that crap at a family dinner. Not sure I wouldn’t engage her in that setting.
