Reminds me of the tests on STEAK fifty years ago. The scientists concluded that a grilled steak has carcinogens that will give you cancer. After the tests were done the scientists ate the steaks.

You have to eat 20,000 steaks at one setting to get enough carcinogens to get cancer.


As I recall from one of the 'studies' on this, it's the overcooked, burnt part of the meat that has most of the cancer. So a proper rare steak is better for you than a burnt slab of meat. And tastes better!

Commercial meat in this country is sorry and adulterated. Humans were made to eat meat. But it must be from healthy animals and not filled with crap.
It shouldn’t be combined with rancid seed oils and it must not be blackened.
Yes, we need to eat less meat in order to eat the best quality meat. Unless you are rich.
