On it's face, this is a true statement.
Start peeling back the layers of the onion that are "truth" and you come to a much different conclusion.
For starters, we now know that some/many of the hijackers on 9-11-2001 were trained in America under Bill Clinton's watch.
What makes that statement relevant?
For starters, several of the flight training schools, one of which is in Minnesota, alerted the Federal Government that they were seeing an influx of middle-eastern males paying CASH to attend training, and expressed their interest in controlling the airplane once in flight. Not during take-off or landing, just in flight. Once controlling the aircraft was taught and practiced on the flight simulators, the middle-eastern students magically disappeared, never to be seen again. Or were they? Yes, they were on surveillance footage in Boston the day of the attacks.
Second, it was Jamie Gorelic, a Deputy Attorney General and political appointee of Bill Clinton himself who authored and implemented the "Chinese Wall" between the FBI, CIA and other intelligence agencies, preventing them from sharing information. The CIA was aware during the Clinton Administration that muslim males were coming to America to "train to be pilots" and were being funded by terrorist organizations to do so, but were prevented from sharing that information with the FBI and other law enforcement agencies because of Jamie Gorelik's "chinese wall."
Why did 9-11-2001 happen? Jamie Gorelic. Chinese Wall. Bill Clinton.
While it's true that the 9-11-2001 terrorist attacks happened on George Bush's watch, the truth is all the preparation for the attack was done on Bill Clinton's watch and when those facts were finally brought to light, they were ignored.
Ironically, not unlike Bill Clinton ignoring the USS Cole incident that killed 17 sailors and injured 39 more in the fall of 2000. He left that mess for George W. Bush to clean up too.
