out of the 6 teams and 21 QBs listed here, only 7 QBs rated better. Two of those rated better than Tebow were on the same team as him. That's why he isn't with the Eagles.

Notice that they have a 3rd string opening? This means that they are going to try to see if they can get a better 3rd string quarterback. if the can't they might bring Tebow back.
But I am not optimistic of his chances.
