Without the Wisconsin GOP legislature, Walker would just be a skinny Chris Christie that no one ever heard of.

All anyone had to do was research who he is meeting with, and who his biggest donors are. That takes a few minutes. He is Jeb’s backup.

Snark is typically vomited from liberal mouths. But you demonstrate liberal intelligence

Walker did not have it easy with the mostly RINO Wisconsin legislature. But you would know that if you were actually informed or had any integrity.

Instead, you come to Walker threads and spew bile without substance which invalidates anything you have to say about other candidates.

Walker was not that gung ho for the Right to Work legislation. The legislature passed it anyway and he signed it and took credit.

No, you dim Cruz supporter. Walker wanted to time it for maximum political effect.

But such concepts are beyond the comprehension of someone who supports a candidate who advocates the US Chamber H1-B expansion and second-class citizen work permits for illegals.

But, like your idol, Obama...Cruz gives a good speech, but is rarely present at his job for voting.

Walker has no immigration plan. He couldn’t respond because he needs more time to memorize Trump’s plan.

Walker adopted and was praised for advocating Jeff Sessions’ immigration plan months before Trump met with Sessions, which resulted in you Cruz supporters messing your pants....in the front.

Oh, and where is Ted Cruz’s immigration plan? He can’t tell us because his head is so far up Trump’s ass that even Ivana couldn’t tell which was which.

“The Badger State governor acknowledged that having a Republican-controlled legislature allowed him to get “big, bold reform” done, and that a divided Congress would hinder future presidents. “

He also spoke about this in his book and said he isn’t a big fan of the checks and balances system which he believes causes gridlock.

Walker would not have been able to accomplish what he did without the legislature. He doesn’t pass laws. The legislature does. That doesn’t mean he didn’t lead. He did.

His answer about amnesty to that reporter in the posted article was horrible. Walker obviously doesn’t want to give his definition of amnesty. His definition of amnesty is giving citizenship or legal status without the illegal going to the end of the line, paying fines etc.

No, Walker advocates Jeff Sessions' immigration plan that put American citizens first, no amnesty, deport and apply to come legally, etc.

Unlike Ted Cruz, who advocates the GOPe/US Chamber position on illegals by giving them work permits, but no citizenship (which creates second-class citizens who will be granted full citizenship by some judge) and a 500% increase in H1-B visas.

Sorry, but Walker proved he is harder on illegals in Wisconsin....no in-state tuition, voter ID, etc.

“No, Walker advocates Jeff Sessions’ immigration plan that put American citizens first, no amnesty, deport and apply to come legally, etc.”

That is what he has said recently however it is a very recent evolving on his part. His past statements say something quite different.

Also, I have posted several times on FR in the past a couple of statements from his spokespeople that clarified what he meant by amnesty after tv interviews.

His refusal to define his meaning of amnesty now speaks loud and clear.

Oh, please!

Walker’s actions speak louder than his words.

You can’t point to one action that Walker too or enacted, as governor, that is not conservative.....so you resort to twisting his words

All Cruz has are words....and those mean nothing with his reversal of his own positions on issues, such as Iran and TPA

Oh please. Stick to the subject. I pointed out where Walker credited his republican legislature for part of his success. I also pointed out where he would not answer as to his meaning of amnesty. Would you like the media links to his staff’s clarification of his meaning of amnesty?

Here is just one of them:

” Walker campaign spokesman Tom Evenson said they were consistent with his past comments on what to do with those living here illegally. Walker does not consider the penalty-laden pathway to legal status that he endorsed in 2013 “amnesty,” and he’s not advocating amnesty now, he said.”

Instead of just accepting the facts you have to keep repeating the same old tired “just name one time...” That statement had nothing to do with what I had posted. I can’t help it if your guy isn’t doing so well. It was predicted if you had only been able to see it.

Walker has to bring more to the game than just “I stood up to the unions”. He is trying to parse his words and pussy foot around issues according to what he thinks people want to hear. That doesn’t work long term.

Walker has changed his mind on immigration so many times even he doesn’t know what he believes anymore. He gives an interview and the next day he has to send out “spokesmen” to clarify his statements for him.

I don’t dislike the guy but it is what it is. He is better off staying where he is and continuing to build on some of his successes here in WI and learn from his failures.
