GOP 2016 contenders Donald Trump and Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX)96%. are joining forces in a confrontational intervention that intends to defund Planned Parenthood. As Breitbart TV previously reported, Trump announced he would support a government shutdown to defund Planned Parenthood following the release of a series of investigative videos allegedly showing the organizations top medical personnel engaged in the sale of aborted baby body parts.
And I was also in support if the Republicans stuck together, you could have done it with Obamacare also, Trump said on Mondays Hugh Hewitt Show. But the Republicans decided not to stick together.
As Politico also reported, Cruz attempted the same strategy in 2013 in an effort to defund Obamacare, which resulted in a 16-day shutdown of the federal government, but still left President Obamas signature healthcare reform very much alive.
Trump blamed Cruzs Republican colleagues for leaving him in the lurch.
"And they left a few people out there Like Sen. Ted Cruz (R) TEX< " he continued. "You know they left a lot of the people that went in and really wanted to do the job. And you know what, if they would have stuck together, they would have won that battle"

Seems that they have reached some sort of positive understanding...
A winning Alliance is afoot!
Over here!
Trump and Cruz are a synergistic team!
Batman and Robin
Aside from the fact that there is no other evidence of a “Partnership” aside from a title declaring it. Carly Fiorina is also saying that defunding PP is worthy of shutting down government but I’m not seeing any mention of her and one of the pro Cruz PACs is actively giving her money.
+1! Love it!
Who? Lol. :)
Why are you pushing all that reality? What’s your deal?
From the Hill:
Republican support for Donald Trump just continues to grow with no clear sense of who his constituency really is, said Patrick Murray, the director of the Monmouth University Polling Institute. This makes it very difficult for his opponents to figure out how to take him on in the upcoming debate.

Pretty easy to understand that it's coming from all quarters - everywhere.
The very fact that Trump is speaking out in support of Cruz and his efforts and against those Republicans who did not stand with him is pretty much a strong indication of support and Cruz will certainly thank Donald for that support.
I think they communicate more than we know on the record.
I don’t know of anyone else that Trump has openly praised among the candidates.
Robin should go see Batman’s tailor.
Hey cc, enjoy the show....we’ve a long while to go yet.
Heck, Senator, my Mom would be glad to hem the sleeves of your suit coat.
Can’t find the rest of the article. Would like to read it.
the edit cuts off at 300 words and I think this article is shorter than that. No additional info that I can find.
Trump is a blowhard. He is arrogant. He has baggage. He has supported liberal causes. But you know what? He loves this country, he would defend this country, and I think he has the vision to take action that will create jobs and get Americans back to work. I want a true conservative as the nominee, but he would certainly have my full support if he gets the nod. Let’s get him to stop the invasion and remove people who do not belong here.
