People that under report or fail to report income can certainly abuse the system. My take is according to the ACA law, they can come after you for being $1 dollar over the subsidy income limit. That would be worth the fight if your know your correct. I was assuming your talking about taxes in general...
“The government does not plan to perform a timely reconciliation of the $2.8 billion in subsidies.”
so HHS/CMS can just shrug their shoulders and say “what difference does it make”? shouldn’t Congress suggest to HHS that maybe their budget should be cut by this same amount until they DO make a timely reconciliation. HHS/CMS have given the middle finger salute to the American taxpayer, because our Congress critters could care less. Shouldn’t some congressional oversight committee with purview over HHS ask for hearings? as if that would lead to any real discovery of where the money went.
If they look for it in the US ,they’re looking in the wrong country
The Elected Criminals, and their enablers couldn't care less...
The parasites couldn't care less.
If the money runs out, rob more from Social Security.
If that runs out raise taxes.
As a last resort...
Wait.
Simple mathematics demand that somewhere along the spending trail, there will be a tipping point where the working productive can't pay more taxes to keep supporting the useless, non-productive majority, which would include union and government employees at all levels.
The only remaining remedy, then, will then faggots and pitchforks...
Does the word “embezzled” come to mind?
