"Instead, Barack Obama is working on an extremely secretive global economic treaty which will reportedly allow far more foreign workers to come into this country
and which will result in millions more good paying jobs being shipped overseas.
It is called “The Trans-Pacific Partnership”, and it is basically NAFTA on steroids.
Why is it that Barack Obama has to be on the wrong side of every single issue?
The U.S. middle class is being systematically ripped to shreds, and most Americans are showing very little alarm about this.
How much damage has to be done before people will finally start waking up?"
Obviously, a lot MORE DAMAGE HAS TO BE DONE, BEFORE
people will finally start waking up !
OBAMA-NOMICS,
Bringing unemployment to the masses!
OBAMA-CARE,
Bringing denial of service to the masses.
OBAMA BORDER SECURITY,
Bringing disease and DEATH to the masses.
OBAMA'S RULES OF ENGAGEMENT,
Destroying our military on all fronts.
IF you voted for this ILLEGAL ALIEN IN CHIEF, this MUSLIM TERRORIST IN CHIEF,

Yet just yesterday I heard a caller to a talk show maintain that companies did not want H1-Bs because the process of hiring one was too cumbersome and expensive! UPPER management wants them, they look only at the bottom line. Those who have to work with them know the issues. It's a matter of convincing the higher ups about the training, retention, and other issues. Also the holidays run on different schedules and I think one I worked with took a 2-week vacation for marriage.

Give the replacement the worst possible quality of training. Show up late, leave early so you can interview for a new job.Disney wised up to this scheme. Your replacement has to pass a proficiency test before you get your severance pay.

One should always have an updated resume and membership in various professional organizations, and maintain a solid network of colleagues and friends. And have one more skill, the competition does not have.

Why is it that Barack Obama has to be on the wrong side of every single issue? He's not, you are assuming he's on our side, he's on the side of the caliphate.
That's why EVERYTHING obama does either:
a) Weakens America/Americans
b) Distances America's allies
c) Strengthens America's enemies
d) Serves Islam
e) Harms Israel
Or some combination of the above.
There are
NO counter examples.

Of course the headhunter wouldnt reveal who their client was, but I later learned that to comply with the H1-B laws, they will often come up with ridiculous certification requirements that theyll publish to ensure that they can place a foreign worker, since no citizen would have those skills. So, even though I was certified by the manufacturer to teach all those classes, I did not get the job. I've seen and remarked on this as well. It's how the scam is done.
Only a few people are naive enough to believe that H1-B actually means hiring foreigners to fill slots that can't be filled because there are no qualified Americans available. (It's really about pricing the American worker out of the marketplace right here in his own country.)
Unfortunately, all of those naive persons are either in the House or the Senate. One of them has a name that rhymes with "Fred Bruise". (I'll vote for him anyway, but he's dead wrong on this issue.)

Your replacement has to pass a proficiency test before you get your severance pay. Gosh. He didn't pass? Lemme spend another six months at full pay training him more thoroughly!

And have one more skill, the competition does not have. That doesn't always work. See post #10.

I seem to be in the minority, but yes I would train my replacement and do it properly. No one owes me a job for life, and if it is in the company’s interest to replace me then so be it, I’ll find another better opportunity.

You are right! Wow is all I can say about post 10.

I think you need to
read that sentence again, that came from the bottom of the article posted above.
That's why it's indented and italicized.
"Why is it that Barack Obama HAS TO BE ON THE WRONG SIDE OF EVERY SINGLE ISSUE ?"
Other than that,
I agree with your comment about
the ILLEGAL ALIEN IN CHIEF and his motivations.

I was H1b’d in 2001 and trained my replacement. Trained him out write code that would insert text into a text record, for example. He was paid 1/3 of my salary: it was a reasonable salary for his skill level. The company closed its doors a year later.
I quit IT shortly afterwards as it is too easily sent overseas and I decided that it wasn’t worth it.

We should have a system more akin to the one Japan has. When a company must hire a foreigner because that foreigner has a unique skill set, the must pay him 25% above the prevailing wage. This is a very good idea. Unfortunately the people against this are going to provide more campaign contributions.

I was part of an exact situation. We were training Indians to replace American and European accountants, only because they were cheaper. Their work was lacking - for example our A/P clerks were coding about 20,000 invoices per month with NONE being coded to a suspense account. Our American accountants were closing and reconciling all accounts in a weeks time. We displaced about 70 workers who were replaced by twice as many Indians who still to this day (3 years later) can’t keep up. The only way they could match the invoice totals was to heavily use the suspense account. I don’t ever think that they made the close schedule either. And we noticed that questions are never asked, I guess that they didn’t want to feel dumb in front of Americans. I had one, supposedly degreed accountant, as me, “Why is the December beginning balance the same as the November ending balance?”

Yes. I wasn’t disagreeing with your quote, but emphasizing it and adding some background.

Walker is an acquired taste. I have had people tell me he is not as strong and decisive as Cruz. Wrong. He just has a different manner. A touch of the humble is never a negative. Look at the facts.

Would you Free traitors care to comment on the H-1B visa program? How “beneficial” it is to the USA?
