Arsenic, toxic loads of copper, and other deadly elements occur “naturally” in numerous water supplies. That does not mean they are good for you !!!!
Furthermore, halogen ‘poisoning’ is almost universal in the US: fluorine in water, toothpaste and non-stick cookware — chlorinated water, bromated flour and swimming pools, etc. Conversely, we are iodine starved, hence a plethora of endocrine issues linked to thyroid dysfunction. And let’s not forget heavy metal poisoning, which of course, includes mercury: THERE ARE NO SAFE levels for this element, at least 100 times more poisonous than lead. Yet it is still in lots of those healthy shots the MD’s want us to get. ...; speaking of which, this article is written by one of them . Once I asked my pediatrician why there was such a thing as baby toothpaste. She replied that since babies won’t spit out the paste, it is made without fluoride to prevent accidental swallowing. She told me this while I was pregnant and drinking fluoridated tap water that I usually don’t spit out after drinking.
Over the years I decided I did not want fluoride in my water
and few years ago purchased a Berkey water filter.
It does claim to remove the fluoride via a special filter, as well as purify the water and remove lots of other nasty things.
I like it, and recommend anyone do some research to see if you’d like it, too.

What is in rat poison? Fluoride is NOT safe to be ingested and the effects are neurological.
Topical fluoride seems to have some benefit but it does get into the bloodstream in the mouth. Fluoride is not the only mineral that strengthens teeth. It’s just the only mineral that is a) toxic to your brain and b) available easily from industrial waste. Vitamin K, ingested, is FAR better for growing great teeth than remineralization on the surface. Like bones. You strengthen them through healthy animal and fish fats. Also cow dairy (from grassfed healthy animals). Up your vitamin K intake for great dental visits.
How about we decide what to put in our own drinking water?
