Universality has just declared there is no such thing as the butterfly effect as it has been defined.

We discovered this pattern in 1972 at Livermore Radiation Lab [then] applied it immediately to a blackjack matrix and won in Reno & Las Vegas but they blackballed us after that.

" All quantum systems, including atoms, are governed by the rules of mathematics..."Not so; it would be more clear (and therefore more true) to say that "All quantum systems can be modeled mathematically."

The first thing I noticed is how they kept using the word “random”. The bus system is not random, it is responding to multiple intelligent inputs which arrive at a “seemingly” random output. Universality might not really be random, but an output of constant intelligent input into an operating system.
Wouldn’t that be a heck of proof of “God”.

"Universality might not really be random, but..."The article seeks to make clear that "universality" is NOT random, and even provides examples of the contrast between random, universality, and periodic (i.e., repeated) behavior.

Until the Mule showed up. It would be interesting to know if someone has tried to actually apply it.

I read an interesting book some years ago called, I think ‘A Unified Theory of Everything’ that talked about this sort of ‘universality’; that is, a pattern that crosses all orders of magnitude, the organic and non-organic world, etc. Anyone else ever heard of this?

A random pattern where things can't be completely random because the components of the system interact with each other.
