This should be the case where the SCOTUS declares the law of America and it's states trumps, supersedes, and overrules customs and specifically Sharia law. Anything less is a total capitulation of the Western culture. Grow a pair Justices.

Yes, but not in the name of religion. If abortion were to be associated with a religion it would be banned and outlawed and punished severely.
Now, the abortion-lovers look upon abortion as a kind of sacrament, but they know if they admitted that, abortion would end. Hence, the fiction that abortion is wholly secular.

Yea, Sharia law as their Cult demands. Once our Gov recognizes that Islam
is a Theocracy like Communism, we can begin to have the discussion about Treason,
Subversion, and then finally banning Islam for the threat it is and claims to be.
