I assume, if the lawyer was white, he was assaulted due to WWW.....Walking While White.

And, as this lawyer found out, simply walking across the street when a white person sees three black thugs er teens approaching will do them no good. He was across the street, and the teens “angled over” to his side of the street. The only thing that would have saved him from a beating is either is was (a) very large (b) a martial arts expert or (c) he was armed. I’d prefer to be armed.
