Perry’s going to have - does have - the GOPe behind him, which means he has to dump every TEA alliance he ever had. He’s out of a job in January, and you know what they say about idle hands....
In the meantime, if Sarah or Ted is coming to rally with your candidate, get out there and rattle some pans with family and friends. Right this minute the GOPe are planning their victory. Deny them.
Chris McDaniel has more chance of being nominated in 2016 than Barbour or anyone else.
Vitter has more chance than Jindal.
Cruz more than Perry.
The RINOs won’t emerge from the shadow of the local bigger conservative.
Steve Schmidt & Nicole Wallace have been at the top of my GOP-e enemies list for a long time. The article I read about Schmidt just said that he was hired to help Perry after he was indicted for practicing politics - the usual way dems go after pubbies. But if he does ANYTHING ELSE for Perry, Perry will go down hard with TEA-partiers. We know about Schmidt & we have our eyes on him!

I wish I was in the right state so that I could vote for the Democrat Senator for the only time ever just so that Thad Cochran loses and the Tea Party is able to make the GOPe pay for being a&&holes for the first time, and make them not take conservative votes for granted.
Steve Schmidt is an untrustworthy bottom feeder. Any Republican who hires him won’t get my vote as it shows they are no Conservative
Personally, I’m going to enjoy another Perry run. The first time as farce, the second time as farce.
I have to believe that Rick is evil now. Before I just thought him arrogant and dictatorial.
