On an unrelated note I should have been born a Viking I would be way better at it I think.
I should have been born a multi-talented adventurer, capable of being or becoming anything I wanted to be.
Wait ...
.
Never mind.
Carrots aren’t too bad.
Especially on a diamond. (Weak joke)
You’re kind of short for a Viking.
To all kittie lovers,
Check out the main page on Bing today. One adorable Scottish kitteh in the snow.
Very good picture!
I really liked it. You can’t tell it’s a big cat, it looks like a house cat.
How are you doing today TC?
I don’t see a domestic cat standing there being snowed on like that.
I’m doing fine today, thanks. The Advent Kitteh left a note saying I can have my wine and pretzels after I go to Weight Watchers on Tuesday.
Hurrah for the Advent kitteh,
She was impressed with the clean floors.
Great! She should leave some cheese with the wine and pretzels.
I will tell her to do so. I’m going to vacuum as soon as I finish my coffee. I want the advent kitteh to bring me hot chocolate with mini marshmallows.
And a working lung so I can get a real kitteh.
I need to track down Kathleen - I can hear her shrieking upstairs, recreational shrieking rather than “something’s wrong” shrieking - and get her dressed.
I hope you get your hot chocolate and lung! We had mini-marshmallows for the sweet potato pies on Thursday, but the kids snacked on all that was left.
Weak joke, nope. Better Half loves the orange ones and the clear ones that sparkle. Am always weak for a week afterward if give an orange one <-- thus a weak joke. Wish was older. Would be weak for two months. Maybe will get lucky and live that long. Love weakness and weekness emulating into years and years.
Morning T-c. Morning Everyone.
Good morning!
Cute kitteh!
Busdaddy has been looking at dogs on Craigslist this weekend, so I guess that means he will be getting one soon.
Yesterday, the two and a half hours we spent at the track were good ones. I so seldom get to actually watch anyone race but him that it was a real treat. It was quite a long walk from the parking lot to the stands, but we had made a few detours along the way. Surprisingly, I walked almost three miles yesterday. YAY!
I’m not home, yet, but will be leaving soon so I don’t have to fight the holiday travelers and shoppers.
I’m glad you had a nice day at the track, and congrats on the exercise.
I plan to take a shower soon. *yawn*
I’m home now. I had the wrong shoes on for walking, so my legs got tired. But if I had known we were going to the track, I would have put on my walking shoes. Nothing there but asphalt and cement.
So now, I have cooked a chicken breast for later, and will divide up the hamburger I have in the fridge. By the time the fat cooks out of it, it’s about the size of a biscuit, which should be perfect for my diet! LOL!
Tomorrow, with any luck, I will get the skates ready to mail to the gal that gave them to me four years ago. Her Christmas scheme is skates, always. It’s the least I can do to send them back!
And then I will begin to decorate, or at least sort the decorations, so I will know what has to come off the walls and what doesn’t. Some day, I hope to have Christmas décor in the bedroom and bathroom, but for now, I am content to just have the decorations out of storage. :o]
I was thinking of an episode of Bugs Bunny when he gave his girlfriend an engagement ring that literally had 24 carrots in it.
Of course as a child, that went over my head.
