Looks like a B-52 to me. IIRC, they have 8.
Old eyes here. . might be. . .I can’t tell.
Over this way it would be paper wasps.
I love it when they come flying out of the vent trailing smoke, like old WWII film clips of Zeros getting shot down.
Or spray them with aerokroil and watch them wriggle around like hippies under a firehose.
Not familiar with that. In the house I go after them with hairspray. They've got compound wings, and the hairspray causes their wings to stick together and they can't fly.
Nano labs Aerokroil, wonderful lubricant much like Wd-40.
Wasps act like they’re stoned and they die quickly when exposed to it.
It is awesome.
Stupid autocowrecked.
Kano labs.
Kano!!!
Sure looks like a BUFF.
She’s a BUFF. She lives 7 miles south of me at the 2nd Bomb Wing...I got the shot on my way home from work this afternoon.
Back in the 70’s, I was doing laundry at a laundromat in my hometown of Spokane, WA. My sister stepped outside, then yelled for me to come quick. I went outside, where it was dark. She pointed up.
I saw a B-52, one of those from the old 92nd Bomb Wing based at Fairchild AFB. Its right-side inboard engine pod was totally engulfed in flames and leaving a trail of sparks. We kept watching until it went out of sight behind the trees.
We found out later that it made it safely back to base, but the engine pod was pretty much gone. The fire didn’t spread and the crew was fine. It was seen over most of the north side of Spokane and many people called police to report it.
This post is a /sarc. I’m a SAR mission pilot with the USAF Aux Civil Air Patrol, and one of my fellow pilots is a BUFF Driver, at Barksdale AFB.
I’ve teased him about seeing 3 engine pods blowing coal, say “Practicing engine out procedures?” This is the first time I’ve seen engine out.
