SOBT in Orlando, it would be the Churches Fried Chicken.
That’s a great tagline you got there!
I went to the Red Lobster in Waldorf about two years ago in the evening and there was a signed in a blackboard in the front that said “NO LOBSTERS!”
I wish I would have taken a photo of that.

Will never happen.. She is basically "Bullet Proof", meaning without attachable assets.. Her belligerence is part of her defenses, she has nothing to lose, so screw everyone else..
The only entity capable of a real punitive action against people like this, is the Government, and even they are limited to interactions with the Government itself..
“You cant be in business without insurance. Because for sure you are going to get sued for a bunch of stuff along the way.
This suit is unusual, but Id bet the Red Lobster chain gets sued scores of time each year, at least.”
I quoted out of context. A woman with little assets but with insurance was contending with a nuisance suit. This, since there is no real injury is a nuisance suit.
Yes, you are right about that. If a person has nothing, you can sue, but good luck collecting.
I’m not sure I agree this is a nuisance suit, they did defame this man. Maybe if a few other falsely accused people sue this nonsense will end.
“Im not sure I agree this is a nuisance suit, they did defame this man.”
A cartoonist, I think his name was Ai Capp, was sued for a caricature of a person he put into his comic. The suit brought lots of publicity. As I recall the story the court did declare he’d defamed the man, but refused an award as there was no demonstrated loss. At the end Capp told the man, “initially only you and I knew. Now, everybody knows.”
“At the end Capp told the man, initially only you and I knew. Now, everybody knows.
LOL! That’s like the Spanish guy who sued somebody, google or whoever, to remove references to some bankruptcy or something bad that happened to him years ago.
As one fellow said, he’s made himself world famous for being some guy with a bankruptcy many years ago!
