I only eat tuna or spicy tuna and cucumber rolls.
I use them to get as much wasabi on em as I can possibly take.
I then shake or tap my foot while chewing blissfully and delighting in the pain.
Eating 5he fancy stuff wouldn’t do a thing for me.

ummmm, SASHIMI is raw fish, Sushi sometimes has Sashimi in it, but it is NOT raw fish... at least not the way i was taught

a sushi bar opened in Romeo Michigan, that's all they have, made fresh when you order it....love it, always order a log of one I like and try a different one also....some not so tasty....

I loved steak tartar..In the 80's I'd have it for lunch about once a week. It's all but impossible to find nowadays..because of ecoli concerns...even private clubs won't serve it on their menus...
And if you happened to like your burger RARE, or your steak bloody.....good look with that..you can't get it.
Most Italian restaurant have stopped serving carpaccio for the same reason...and it is delicious...a beautifully marbled piece of sirloin, sliced thin..then pounded out to near paper thinness..on a bed of spinach, dress with capers, parmigiano shavings, lemon, pepper, and a drizzle of EVO...sublime..
