Muscular contraction in cadavers in the morgue would take getting used to, I think, if I worked there. ;’) Mumnmies have never bothered me at all, because, y’know, they’re really, really dead, and most of their internal organs, including their brain tissue, is in some jars in the corner.

KV 40 (Unknown) is located in the south branch of the southwest wadi. Only the upper part of the shaft is accessible; the rest is filled with rubble, and nothing is known about the tomb’s layout. Discovered and excavated in 1899 by Victor Loret, but no report was ever published.
