I know I would be absolutely frantic, just as Mr & Mrs Pelletier are, if this were my kid. At some point.....months ago....I would have looked up some retired Navy Seals for a private duty expedition and have a chartered plane waiting.
The Pelletiers have tried to work within the *system*.....desperate measures are in order....and I don’t think anyone would blame them.
Mr. Pelletier hasn’t done himself any favors by going off on people, etc. Do I understand his frustration? Of course, but still.
As I understand it, the Tufts treatment included some surgery. People with imaginary illnesses don’t go so far as have surgery. It’s as if Tufts and BCH are treating two different people.
You're badly underestimating the Rat Party's Department of Disinformaton and the fact that if the Rat Party didn't have double standards they'd have no standards at all.So the death of a 90 year old woman in New Jersey *absolutely* disqualifies Chris Christie to be President but if this situation turns *real* bad it will only be an "anecdote" for Coupe Deval.BTW...those who know Massachusetts politics knows that whenever something makes Coupe Deval look bad he describes it an "an anecdote".
I would have visited my kid or spent the night in the slammer after assaulting the door guards.
I thought BCH is taking the stance that the mother has Munchausen’s and the girl has psychological issues because of that. I thought that was why the parents time allowed with her is so restricted and custody was given to the state. If that is not the path the doctor at BCH and CPS are on then I do not see how they can do the things they have done.
That's exactly what BCH and MA CPS claims. However, Tufts University Medical Center isn't some oddball, pseudo-medical center. And Tufts diagnosed her older sister with the same malady and treated her for it.
But something that can NOT be denied is that this girl has deteriorated GREATLY while MA has had her under the state's "care."
In a year, she went from ice skating to being an invalid in a wheelchair.
I believe that it's nothing more than the State wanting to push the Terri Schiavo case even farther, to prove that the state can not only euthanize the unconscious, but the conscious as well, having the power over life and death.

We have zero relevant information. Her medical records are protected by HIPAA, Korman is constantly being quoted by the family when he has many direct avenues to pursue.
It is inconceivable that the CH chiefs, board, house counsel and CRICO have not thoroughly investigated this case and concluded that they are right.
That doesn't MAKE them right, of course - but nobody commenting on this case, myself included, has seen a shred of evidence.
Because a whole raft of very, very good people believe they are right - and because they have seen the primary data, which we have not.
an entirely too pertinent point.
