Is it a bad thing when I don't even know what the vast majority of these even mean?
Or should I be glad I've lived such a sheltered life?

Damn! I’m so old I remember when there were only two! And that was just a few years ago. I really had no idea the human genome had mutated that much in such a short period of time. But at least we finally now know what distinguishes homo sapiens from the rest of the animal kingdom: we have 58 genders and everything else has only one or two.
