Original poster (OP) would probably like games like Kings Quest or Myst or something.Well then, how about Oregon Trail freeware?

I'm going to be in a hotel room without tv (only cheesy mexican tv via antenna) or internet access for several days. Can't go out sightseeing due to safety reasons.
Oh, you're going to the Olympics.

Any of the candy games (jellies, candy crush, candy mania, etc), any angry birds games especially IMHO the rio one. Also one my kids really like called ‘cut the rope’.

I'm such a friggin' carebear, and it hurts. I just don't have the time to devote for nullsec. Lately, it seems that all I'm doing is to log on and change skill training for one of my alts.
I have a major move coming soon, so I'11 just let my account lapse until I can devote a little more time to it.

Where is the mystery (and fun) part in that game?
All you do is to follow exactly the current El Presidente.

If your computer can do flash games you can find thousands of good games of all types at many sites. I can recommend
Armorgames.com
and
Kongregate.com
I’ve been doing these two sites among others for a couple years or so now with no problems with security or prying. There are Many, many game sites on the net, just search on games and dig in. Don’t be afraid to use Flash and Java, I’ve had no problems using them for years now.
If you’re on an I-pad then you can’t use Flash though.

One game I can think of that doesn’t use wireless is ‘puzzlecraft’.
It’s a basic kingdom building game.

I remember those games!Remember when Keen had to corral the 12 inchworms to make a foot materialize and then transport Keen to the secret level?

Leisure Suit Larry in the land of the lounge lizards.

If you purchase from Steam or any like site, put it in off-line mode before you leave home.

/Users/marinelle thompson/Desktop/Masque Card Games
This iso the one I play a lot. Sorry it would not just put the symbol up (without my name—LOL!).
It has several solitaire games, as well as other game, like Rummy and Gin Rummy.
There is a small fee to buy the game—you’ll have to do a search for it.
