I cannot believe that Putin let this happen. The hotels are not finished. I don’t know if they are new hotels or just extensively remodeled ,but they are still working on them as people are arriving. What a shame for the athletes.

Re your post 31, now that looks really primitive. There is no doubt, though, that such structures exist in Russia. I never saw them because I was in cities all the time.
