People make themselves fat.
GMO Food It's Worse Than We Thought - Dr. Russell Blaylock
By NewsMax
The 3 videos are a British study
I agree some people do make themselves fat but this not always the case.
You got that right. And the story lost all claims to truthfulness when it got to the part about all the wonderful, clean, bright fast food joints in England in the 70s. I guess they mean the awful Little Chef roadside places and scummy Wimpy Bars.
I’m not fat, but I am going to have to stop having so many intimate dinners for two.... with just me showing up.
You lost me what dose that have to do with sabotaging our foods?
No I'm pretty sure they were placing the blame on McDonald's. It's so funny, just like guns magically pulling their own triggers, fast food restaurants force people to gorge themselves (and between meals at that)!
lolz!!
GeronL - are you a paid toady of the food industry?
lol.
I just think people are responsible for their own choices and not blame others. I didn’t get fat because Ronald McDonald or Oscar Mayer or Doctor Pepper tied me down and force fed me their products.
If the food industry wants to pay me, they can FReepmail me an offer.
Don’t be so quick to know it all... it is more than this it is what is in our food that is killing us and the removal of certain important nutrition that gives signals to the brain.
Like lectin which the brain tells one they had enough...
Well if that is missing in our food it is not a good thing!
Today our food is used as weapon against the people, just like they did to our government, privacy, now our health to make us fat and sassy easier to conqueror..
This really has more to do about health than the being Fat.
even skinny person has hidden fat around the heart.
When everything from pickles to pepsi contains HFC no one has to force feed you to get fat. The HFCs do the job without you even knowing it. Just check the ingredients on almost any jar, package or container and one of the first items will be High Fructose Corn Syrup.
I can't possibly know it all, if I did I would be God!, I simply commented on a portion of the story, so you know what, take a chill pill. Sorry if I stepped on one of your boogey monsters toes.
Sorry for the misspell word lectin should be leptin that is what I heard off the video lectin it is leptin
It is amazing to post something that has good information in it and our media has so condition us with certain buzz word to give of knee jerk reaction and never go beyond that it is all shut down and the nation remains clueless as to what is happening to their nation, their wallet and our health.
Same with Isolate Soy and oils which are negative for our bodies and Saturated fats were our friend to have good brain to use to vote with common sense!
Many aren’t even aware that HFCS lacks leptin therefore the brain is never satisfied enough to tell folks when to stop!
Leptin and the Genetic Effects of High Fructose Corn Syrup
written by: Jason C. Chavisedited by: Paul Arnoldupdated: 6/17/2010
Science is beginning to discover that high fructose corn syrup may have negative effects on the human protein leptin. Too much HFCS can lead to a condition known as leptin resistance, which prevents the human brain from properly controlling hunger. Leptin resistance is associated with weight gain.
High fructose corn syrup is one of the primary sweeteners used in modern foods. Since 1967, utilization of the sugar alternative increased dramatically in a variety of products, most notably soft drinks such as soda and fruit juices. Figures from the U.S. Department of Agriculture show that Americans in the early 21st century consume an average of 132 calories of the product per day. A 2004 article in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition identified a consumption level of over 300 calories in 20 percent of the population.
High fructose corn syrup is a product of cornstarch, combining high levels of glucose and up to 90 percent fructose. The National Center for Biotechnology Information showed in a 1981 report that a high level of fructose raises both blood sugar and insulin in humans. Both of these factors play important roles in the regulation of hunger.

You didn’t step on any thing but the media conditioning of our nation to react to certain buzz word and miss the whole point...
Sorry you think knowledge is a boogey monsters or all about fat it is so much more...
Our country was taken over systematically by skilled Hegelian dialectics
if one dares warn their neighbor they neighbor will jump down those who try to help...
For someone like me, who has diabetes, HFC is like poison. It’s one reason I have gone to mostly organic food. None of it contains HFC.
