Women are more visual creatures than you men, we look beyond a person’s body. You men look at the body first before you even engage that woman’s brain power.
Other than that we are the same. The intelligent ones among our gender, read, reason, and make intelligent decisions based on info input.
There are a few exceptions to every rule. My step daughter is a IT professional with a growing business, anything to do with a computer she can handle. But because of the failure of her mom, grandmother and school she was not taught even 1 domestic skill. Yet my youngest son who has less education can deal with most domestic chores and work on his computer own computer for most issues. Besides his job.

I don't want anyone to use studies like this to pigeon hole people of either gender, individual differences matter more than averages.
Whenever there is a "gender imbalance" in any profession, we should look at the effects of self selection before claiming systemic discrimination or intimidation.
We should do what we're good at, what we enjoy working on.
If your talent happens to come from a gender based difference, so be it.

Due to a century of progressive government education we keep learning what the ancients already knew.
