Lovely ocean front property if you do not mind sharing the beach with T-Rex relatives. If you go for a swim watch out for the 50 foot mosasaurs. Some pretty cool paleo-life paintings by artist Doug Henderson can be found here that depict life in and around the Western Interior Seaway, such as this one:

Thanks for the link. I remember there was some Animal Planet show about the Top 10 most dangerous seas or oceans in earth’s history. I believe the Western Interior Seaway was #1 most dangerous evah.
