I watched it again. Now I think it’s not her. Clothes look different. Crazy Clara was wearing a dark jacket that looked like it probably belonged to her husband. And the length of the dress is different.
Yes, as much as any of the Walkers in this world are "alive". The only way to permanently "kill" the Walkers in this world is to destroy their brain. And the Governor had these fish aquariums set up.
I’ve seen it. Those zombies were like cheetahs! LOL!
Who do you think is behind the voice on the car radio?
The issue with that flu strain was that it killed people by an overreaction of the immune system. So, ironically, the people with the strongest immune system—young adults—were the ones who were most likely the die. The elderly and young, with weaker immune systems, were more likely to survive.
If it’s really modeled on the 1918 flu, Herschel, who is elderly, may well get sick, but he’d likely recover. Glen, though, is in some trouble.
It is a tough situation, and she really put Rick in a pickle by confessing. She should have denied and, no matter what Rick thought he knew, he never could have proven it was her.
Now, though, what is Rick (or the Council) going to do? For the sake of the social order of the group, you can’t have group members going around killing people willy-nilly. But Carol is a valuable member of the group and one of the “founding” group members. I think Rick is going to put this off for as long as he can, but I don’t see how this is going to be resolved without some punishment for Carol, be it exile or execution or whatever.
Well, it didn't sound like Wolfman Jack or Casey Kasem so it's likely someone holed up in an FM radio station(it looked like an FM station signal on the radio) in a nearby city.......and it didn't sound very clear so it might be quite a distance away.
I think they’re about to get into deep trouble and Carol’s guilt will be put on the back burner. They might address it later, but they have to survive for now.
They wouldn’t execute or exile her, anyway.
I got the impression they had turned and Carol merely zombie-killed them in their cells and dragged them outside to burn them.......
At this point, it’s unclear. But here’s why I think Carol killed them when they were still alive:
(1) Rick asked Carol if she killed them, and she said yes. She didn’t say that she had turned and then destroyed the zombies.
(2) If they had already died and turned, why was Carol secretive about it? Wouldn’t she just say that and avoid all the trouble?
(3) Carol took it really hard when Tyreese told her to take care of Sasha because she was such a caring person and helped people. It seemed like her reaction was someone who was feeling guilty for just killing two people.
Carol can still get out of this by saying that they already turned and she just got rid of the zombies. But it’s a problem.
This is the dilemma. What's the alternative? Let everyone else in the group know that there aren't any rules or prohibitions on killing people? They need to keep social order in that group, or there is a real problem. And Tyreese, assuming that he survives the trip to the hospital, doesn't seem like he's going to let this issue drop. And if Carol keeps running her mouth to more people, Tyreese is going to become a problem.
Guilt in zombie-killing a friend or loved one has been a problem from the very beginning. That's something they'll never be able to overcome unless they've totally lost their humanity......
That was the fear about Carl last season when he just up and shot that young guy from the Governor's group who he suspected was going to shoot them instead.
Very good observations and points. I’d hate to be in their shoes. I think Herschel is the most level headed.
Indeed. And with Carl, the fear seems well-founded. He might start keeping zombie heads in fish tanks.
If they had already died and turned into Walkers, then there would be no problem. All she would have had to do is say so. Hershel said that Karen and David were “killed in cold blood”, so Carol killed them while they were still alive. As far as I can tell, she killed them and burned their bodies trying to prevent the flu from spreading. But, it was already too late.
Glenn and Sasha are both in some trouble. And she was just starting to get some lines this season!

(4) Hershel said that Karen and David had been killed “in cold blood”. I don’t think he would have said that if they thought that they had already turned.
I like Sasha. I hope she makes it.
Not very helpful. But the producers of TWD have announced the casting of some new characters, so maybe the voice on the radio is related to them?
Highlight if you want to read spoilers: The Walking Dead recently announced that they have cast 3 characters from the graphic novels: Abraham (Michael Cudlitz), Eugene (Josh McDermitt), and Rosita (Christian Serratos).
In the graphic novels, Sanctuary is the home base of a group called The Saviors, and The Saviors are led by a very nasty bad guy by the name of Negan.
/end spoilers.
Me, too. I would like to see them develop her character more.
