Nobody was going to see my shoes, anyway ... I don’t have to get out of the car to drop Elen off. I went to work in a black shoe and a Navy blue shoe once. Just had to live with it all day.
LOOK! Rain in Vegas!
Good job!
You are okay with that I hope.
It was a prank by the Clouds Dept.
Good Morning ‘Face.
I was just wondering, did we ever have the international currency reset? How would I know?
Reminds me of a song:
“Somebody told us Wall Street fell, but we was so poor that we couldn’t tell.”

Well, this IS a desert, and though the rains are truly monsoonal in scope, and cause me a lot of physical pain, we are sorely in need of the moisture.
Another massive storm last night, one on the way; last night’s hit the west and northwest sides (near the Spring Mountain Range) and no telling where this latest storm is going to hit.
One never knows, in this valley, where the rain will fall, or if it will even hit the ground. The stuff that doesn’t make it all the way to the ground is called “virga.” We see a lot of that...it just evaporates on the way from the clouds!

I have been out already this morning, in the humid air, and though it’s only about 76 degrees, the humidity is 87%. GAH!
I’m trying to decide if I want a tomato sandwich for breakfast or instant breakfast. Hmmm...decisions...
It’s puckering up to rain and I’m glad I don’t have to go anywhere. I don’t like driving in the gully washers.
Yes, and we are cleaning up from yesterday’s rain, preparing for today’s onslaught.
We have 81 degrees and 83% humidity, according to my beeber. I fed the angry birds and trimmed Jake’s claws.
I’m still waiting on word about redhead.
I woke up last night almost in a panic because I know nothing more than I did yesterday.
At least I can eat a tomato sandwich while I’m contemplating the e-vils of facebook. I have begun to dismantle my facebook page.
I may go back to MySpace...or not.
Is there someone you could call on the telephone? I realize it’s awfully early out West, still ...
Nope. I have no contact with her children at all. I sent an email to the hospital I think she’s at, but with the privacy laws, there’s a good chance they will tell me nothing.
Yesterday was just a bad day all around.
I have been trying to years to contact the late Igor’s children (his two sons lived with us for three years) and finally one of his granddaughters, who is on facebook, sent me the nastiest message I could ever have gotten.
Which means that Igor, in he determination to hurt me, hurt his own flesh and blood more. I forgave the girl and told her I understood, and that I had no hard feelings for her. She only knew what she had been told.
Poor kid.
lol
It would be a bit more serious, lol.
Aw, shoot.
Well, the girls are cute.
It just occurred to me that you should be getting your dishes about now. Watch for deliveries, talk to the people at your post office.
Speaking of clouds dept. ... has anyone noticed clouds doing attacks on cpu units (personal units)?
