Yes, we all need God’s mercy, but this “not judging” others - we are beyond stupid and not obeying God if we don’t judge bad behavior and condment it for what it is. We aren’t supposed to be arrested people and making our own legal judgements and condemning people to death for adultery, but we’re not supposed to sit around saying “It’s all good” and not condmening evil!
THe list of horrible ailments homosexuals have and share with each other is enough to gag a maggot. I mean just reading it, even.
“And the Fool’s burned finger
Goes wabbling back to the fire”
What I’m most unhappy about (as I mentioned above) is the indoctrination of young people.
The vast majority of people who get AIDS get it by “men having sex with men” (the CDC term) or injected drugs (or both) or sex with either of the beforementioned groups of people, but the group having sex with the other two groups is (thankfully) much smaller.
The victims like the women you mention is terrible. That’s a good example of why sodomy should be illegal, as it was for most of our country’s history. Back in the closet is a good idea, fewer victims.
Another question: did he resume behaviors after this new “lease on life” that led to his spreading the disease to others?
That is awful.
Thank you both for your kind words!
I did swallow hard and read one page of the NYT article but my stomach wouldn’t let me read the other pages. And being the NYT which is more or less a house organ of the fag brigade, it probably didn’t say “and yes, he continues on his merry way of sharing the HIV with numerous anonymous sex bouts in public bathrooms and on his visits to Thailand”.
I can understand how difficult it would be to read this. The sorrow you feel for losing a loved one never really goes away.
Thanks. I just started crying when I read it. But I knew if I posted it here I would feel better. Freepers are the best!
I agree. I wasn’t saying that we shouldn’t make judgments about good and evil. Only that we should be very careful about setting ourselves up as judges of others. I guess it amounts to “hate the sin, love the sinner”. Of course people do things that are evil and bad and end up hurting themselves and others. But it’s a slippery slope into self-righteousness when people allow themselves to gloat over the results of others’ bad choices. You don’t know the road that the person has travelled or what caused them to make those bad choices, only God does. So I’m just saying that - especially with the subject of AIDS - it’s easy to become self-righteous. While condemning the sin, we can still have compassion on the sinner, because we are fellow sinners and all in need of God’s mercy.
August 2011: Transgender communities in the United States (US) are among the groups at highest risk for HIV infection. Findings from a meta-analysis of 29 published studies showed that 27.7% of transgender women tested positive for HIV infection (4 studies), but when testing was not part of the study, only 11.8% of transgender women self-reported having HIV (18 studies). In one study, 73% of the transgender women who tested HIV-positive were unaware of their status. Newly identified HIV infection was 2.6% among transgender persons compared with 0.9% for males and 0.3% for females. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, 8-11-2011 http://www.cdc.gov/hiv/transgender/pdf/transgender.pdf
While only constituting an estimated 4 percent of the U.S. male population aged 13 and older, Men Who Have Sex With Men (MSM) account for 53 percent of all new HIV infections in the U.S., (more than 44 times that of other men) as well as 48 percent of people living with HIV. (Cntd. below)
MSM is the only risk group in the U.S. in which new HIV infections are increasing. While new HIV infections have declined among both heterosexuals and injection drug users, infections among MSM have been steadily increasing since the early 1990s. Nearly 18,000 people with AIDS still die each year in the U.S. CDC: HIV and AIDS in America: A Snapshot, http://www.cdc.gov/nchhstp/newsroom/docs/HIVandAIDSinAmericaSnapshotFINAL70710508COMP.pdf
March 10, 2010: The rate of new HIV diagnoses among men who had homosexual relations (MSM) is more than 44 times that of other men and more than 40 times that of women. The rate of primary and secondary syphilis among MSM is more than 46 times that of other men and more than 71 times that of women, the analysis says. CDC press release, http://www.cdc.gov/nchhstp/Newsroom/msmpressrelease.html
The sin of male-to-male sodomy contact accounted for 53% (28,700) of estimated new HIV infections in 2006. CDCs historical trend analysis indicates that HIV incidence has been increasing steadily among gay and bisexual men since the early 1990s. These more accurate figures are the result of new technology developed by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) can be used to distinguish recent from long-standing HIV infections. http://www.cdc.gov/hiv/topics/surveillance/resources/factsheets/incidence.htm http://www.cdc.gov/NCHHSTP/newsroom/docs/FastFacts-MSM-FINAL508COMP.pdf

According Yale Medical School experts, this number is expected to grow to 50 percent by 2017. http://globalaging.blogspot.com/2012/01/cost-of-hiv.html
As a result of present day [2007] HAART chemotherapy for HIV infection, a person diagnosed as HIV-infected in the United States can expect to live an average of 24 years but this comes at a cost. Over that period, drug costs can be as high as $600,000 with an annual cost of care of more than $25,000. http://pathmicro.med.sc.edu/lecture/hiv-cost2007.htm

Thanks for the reference...I think.
It was a good move to read it after breakfast.
Ha Ha, sorry...
Cherry, of course many people suffer as you do, through no fault of their own. The mental derangement, that is homosexuality, should receive therapy, but now, even that is being outlawed. Some should read the book “The Gift,” a disgusting story about young male homosexuals, all molested by adult queers, that actively seek to become HIV infected. The disease of homosexuality should be the primary target for treatment, not the consequences of said behavior. Thanks for a great post, and may healing come to and your family.
>omething to consider for your brother (and the other poster with arthritis)is that most of these symptoms (high blood pressure, depression, diabetes, arthritis, and many others) are caused by magnesium deficiency. <
FWIW, one hand has been giving me a fit for months. I’ve been doing Epsom salt soaks, and the relief is remarkable. Epsom salt, of course, is simply magnesium in crystal form.
Norm, may she rest in peace and, may you find peace.
Sorry for your loss, but let’s all keep in mind, the number of innocent victims that male homosexuals infected with an uncountable number of diseases—many of their victims were young boys. Such a tiny group of deviants has done more to spread, the misery of a dozen diseases, death, and pain on millions of families. Male homosexuals are the modern day typhoid Larrys and have been an evil force in society since the days of Sodom and Gomorrah. Having worked in public health for a time, I have seen the lifestyle up close for what it is and I can offer little sympathy for the devil.
Well said.
While Christ paid the price for all sin, past, present and future, the consequences of sin still remain, especially regarding human relationships, personal freedom, our volition, and temptations from scarred soul in our memory recall.
We don’t have to remain in bondage, as the issue of sin may be resolved in a moment, but good and evil still must be resolved in time.
yes! excellent. You can also buy pure magnesium oil and spritz it on and rub it in. each spritz is about 18mg.
mag is water soluble so you pee out what you don’t absorb so it’s good to get higher doses consistently.
