Lovely, Teenie! And may YOU and yours have a Blessed Sunday, too! (((HUGS)))
Lovely opening, M. Makes one want to go romp through a flowery meadow somewhere! :)
Beautiful! Thanks for posting this wonderful song! I wouldn’t make it some days if I didn’t lean on those “Everlasting Arms”. A few tears rolled down and that’s good.
I just got back from Long John Silver’s with a very tasty fish sandwich. Its no use for me to cook for just one. If I get something out once a day, the other meals can be cereal, sandwiches, soup, or whatever is in the cupboard and the cupboard is absolutely full. I swore the other day that I wasn’t going to buy more canned goods and I have many quick frozen items that I could live on a month. Thank goodness, we have so many food places up and down the Parkway. I always bring my food home to eat.
Hope you’re having a nice Sunday.
Totally adorable, Kitty. Thank you!
Too cute, M. I never had a kitty who would sit that long!
So very true. :)
Thank you kindly!
My mother loved Iris’s and grew the most beautiful ones I’ve ever seen. She had a variety of colors every year. People would stop at the side of her house to see her Iris’s. Sometimes someone would ask her for a start of one or the other and she would get her shovel and dig it out for them and wrap in newspapers. I always said the reason her’s were so pretty was that she was so free-hearted in giving them away.
A Blessed Sunday to you, Teenie!
Sweet, sweet, sweet!!
You and Lynn-DAH having a good day?
Oh yes...but we DID get caught in the rain this morning when we took our walk! LOL!

You’re quite welcome, M. My Dad & Mom also had the most beautiful iris (along with many other plants and flowers). I, however, did not get any of their ‘green thumb’ abilities.
I loved having flowers in the yard when I was younger.
I had pretty good luck growing flowers inside and out..My back won’t tolerate my tending to flowers so I just admire others’ displays now.
My mom truly had a green thumb, but not my dad. He loved what she grew but that’s about it. I do not have the green thumb either. I have some beautiful plants I have in large pots and they sit around outside where I sit. I have the two hanging baskets of ferns that Barry gives me each Mother’s Day. I have just enough to be pretty and enjoyable but no trouble to tend to. A little water daily and some food occasionally (when I don’t forget) and that’s all I need or want to take care of. My Mom liked to get in the dirt up to her elbows if she had to. What a sweet lady she was....I miss her always. And I miss my Daddy, too. He was such a quiet and gentle man.
