If pepper-spray cop did nothing wrong, as you suggest, why was he given a 30 day suspension? He was actually fired initially, but that was overruled.
Two separate entities in the Dept. of Correction believed there was wrongdoing on Officer Shawn Welch's part, yet you don't see a problem.

Why was George Zimmerman charged with murder? If you’re accused of something or punished for something you must be guilty. Right?

You don’t suppose that NE liberal political correctness might have something to do with it do you?

Two separate Dept of Correction entities suspend or fire a fellow union member for wrongdoing and you try to blame NE political correctness? Absurd.
This story is going viral and your buddy Officer Welch will have his nuts in the wringer before this is all over.

Yes, of course, the false syllogism that 'if you're punished for something you're guilty of it' makes more sense. /s

Now that you have abandoned reason for adolescent jabs you must feel mighty puffed up and proud of yourself. Your fellow sixth graders must be mighty impressed with you! LOL

Poor Officer Shawn Welch. Life is about to get worse for him.

Like life is going to get better for any of us. LOL
I'm sure the Maine DoC is a pillar of rational conservative thought. /s
