Actually, these were the point and laugh at them kind of monsters.
Don’t know if they’re still in there, we haven’t been “home” in there for awhile.

The Stickers go inside the windshield to help stop theft.
The plates are mostly stolen for unregistered or non insured vehicles.
I was examining what 'would' happen here, if the stickers where added to the plate as 'you' do, to create a really tempting object on the fender. (Bumper)
Pounds or if you want to go native: Quid.
Mine is only £32. Diesel low Co2, madness.

Hmmmm...library...the little one we have here is being closed down, little by little, due to lack of users. And the new one in the shopping mall is too far to go for most of the folks here.
However, my Nevada Library Card is still valid, so I may take the time and check that out.
