I finally called him at work yesterday morning, but he claimed to be OK. He didn't call the night before because (insert excuse here) and I suspect his wife had a lot to do with that.
She seems to want to isolate him from me.
He's not embarrassed by the accident. He almost lost his life in Germany in an accident when he was 20, so this little fender-bender is nothing. Just a truck destroyer.
I will never get any more news about him and the situation unless I ask him point blank questions. Considering the physical distance between us, he's not going to volunteer much any time soon.
He gets more of his ‘tude from his dad. At least my stubbornness isn't stupid! LOL!

10-4 hiccups. Ran a time date stamp here and a few other places. I'm not sure you could find the evidence in the nets after the fact. You had to be watching.
I'm thinking the Naggons are making moves on the Milky Way again. Spaceman Spiff had repelled them the first time, but he's not being drawn any more.

Well, that’s what I’m seeing now. But I was seeing the character Zuul from Ghostbusters. IIRC, Zuul first made its presence known when someone opened the fridge.

DiL will be the one to ultimately pay for the things she is doing now. She has a son who is 11, and she is very close to him. I hope I live long enough to see what goes around comes around, but one thing I know for sure: It eventually WILL.
I would pity her but it would seem her machinations are deliberate, not unconscious.

Ah, yess! One of may favorite movies!! There are quite a few of those old B&W sci-fi movies from the 50’s and 60’s that bear watcing again. “Lady in A Cage,” for one. James Caan’s debut movie.
