All it says on the Facebook page is that the police were there earlier for an unrelated incident with her father-in-law.. says at the time dog shot she was pulling the dog back by the hind legs..

We have tighter Rules of Engagement in Afghanistan than American cops have in suburban American neighborhoods.

It has occurred to me that with cops getting automatic paid vacations for shooting citizens, that might suggest a tactic to police unions, sort of like a "sickoưt" but the officers don't call in sick, they just shoot motorists and people who answer the door. If a lot of them do it the police department will be hamstrung by the "job action" with so many of its officers on paid vacation until some new terms are agreed to in the union contract. A "shootout?"
