Thanks Bob. As from my first attempt at true poetry, one can surmise am not a poet. Some of your poetry reminds me of a long deceased cousin who wrote words of prose. She was published once or twice. I never took prose seriously, as is easy to see, based on what I placed out there. Yours is good, sincerely.

The above is written entirely in prose (by you). Prose is not poetry or in anyway related to poetry. Simply put, prose is every day regular speech or writing.

Uh oh. I have been negligent. (Actually, I have a sleep disorder that made me conk out directly after we checked up on our elderly neighbor.) I awakened at 0138 and proceeded to wash and dry the dishes, make some dog food, make garden-fresh salsa, fry some sweet potato chips (ate the entire batch), feed the cats and dog, walk the dog, work on the rock garden, listen to new audiobook, and now touch base with you! I apologize for my neglectfulness (sp?). Will now read a little, then browse through cookbooks ‘til slumber hits again.
Thanks for caring! Don’t worry. Wherever the Creator takes me, I’ll be watching y’all! (And, hopefully, protecting.) :)
