I'm so F#$^#$@^$& HAPPY!!! From 7th on I was freaking out!!!
I was at game Monday when Phil pitched 115 in a solid start.
Amazing and I'm so happy for AJ catching his first Perfect, since Castro caught Buehrle's!!!
And WOOT for Robin!!!

Heard the call on the car radio, broke in on boston/yanks. Awesome stuff. What happened on the last pitch? Did batter go around or what?

Just add him to the long list of ex-NY Met pitchers who have thrown no hitters or perfect games. After 50 years, the Mets have had not one.

I am biased as a life long White Sox fan. In my opinion he struck out, but thank God for AJ for chasing the ball and throwing him out!
Awesome year, Ozzie Guillen is gone, Dunn is hitting and a Perfect Game from our #5 Starter!!!
Now I'm going out to buy some champagne and have a blast I can't believe this was on National TV. I was too superstitious to tivo the last inning...

It was a strikeout on a ball in the dirt, check swing. Ump said the batter went around.
Got a really nice ovation from the Seattle crowd, too. That was nice.

Yes, the Seattle fans were classy and immediately gave him a standing 'O'.
I'm still bummed over the loss on Thursday after Felix's great game. The life of a Seattle Mariner fan is not an easy one.

Could you just imagine what Felix’s record would be if he pitched somewhere else?

Thanks. They cut off the feed just as one of the guys that was calling it said the ump “didn’t want to make himself famous” or something. It was like right after the play and I know the guy didn’t see the replay yet. They are saying on MLB network that it looks like the ump made the right call.

I often wonder what would happen if pitchers of both teams playing each other threw a perfect game.

Congrats to Phil Humber, he’s joined a very small group in throwing a perfect game.
I watched Don Larsen throw his perfect game in the 1956 World Series against the Dodgers on TV and I was a Dodgers fan but it made no difference, I admired him as if he was a Dodger. It’s an amazing feat!

I know, I’ve been thinking that for a couple of years now. With any decent run support, he would be unbeatable — 20 games easy.
