I have over 400 quarts of veggies canned in the basement. Planted most of the garden this past week-end. So far there are about 50 shallots, 50 red onions, 32 tomato plants, 8 cucumber plants, 15 sweet peppers plants, 3 cayenne plants, 6 jalapeno plants, and I still have some more to plant tomorrow or Wednesday.
