Abuse of authority, violation of public trust for starters. By Colorado statutes this is still statutory rape because of the position of trust.

I lean towards NOT GUILTY, but looking at her neck makes me think that there’s a bit more hydrocarbons than necessary for a 25 year old...so I could change my verdict if I’m able to get the entire picture.

I see the later picture. She apparently doesn’t see the need to carry around an extra 50 pounds of reserve fuel. Therefore: NOT GUILTY!!!
