The other side of friendship is the opportunity to do a kind deed, be helpful, encourage, who knows the power of a smile or a hug sincerely given? We have the chance to express our inner goodness, and what we exercise grows.
Thank Thee, LORD, it is much better/ more blessed to give than receive. Let us ever remember this truth.

Oh Nan ... I am sorry to read this. Please know that you and your family are in my prayers.
Father, please place your healing hands on Roy and restore him to perfect health. Please bless and comfort him and his family as they await the outcome of tests to yet be performed. Please guide his physicians as they treat Roy. We ask this in Jesus Name. Amen.

Oh, no!!! I will pray day and night for Roy. I am so sorry that you have to wait so long, not knowing. How difficult this will be for all of you! Our love to you and Roy and his family. Praying for all of you.
