You might like the idea of base housing better after living on the economy in *shudder* New Jersey. Heat bills and all that.

It will be cute when Anoreth’s a firearms instructor, too.

I have to agree with Anoreth. Intimidating. (Boyfriend? I was never asked to approve a boyfriend.)

Peapod is not permitted to carry on Bureau of Investigation property.

Although she is fearless an expert witness battling drug scum defense attorneys with the specifics of thin layer chromatography polarity (once they put the booster seat on the witness stand; but don't tell her I said that); Anoreth will likely get the attorney's attention more quickly with a Sig 229R chambered in 9mm, a M14, a FN M240, or a M107 .50.

Do you have a preference, Anoreth?

A short, sarcastic redhead is even more intimidating with a gun than without!

And I’d like to see pictures of the courageous young man, too ... if not himself in person!

It sounds like something fanfan would have, but don’t quote me.

I’m glad Zoe is back to almost-normal. :o])

...Best way to do the assembly is with something like a printer. You load up the hoppers with dust of various colors, install the plans, and the machine, layer by layer, prints out what you’ve asked for.

You mean, like Darks' FAX machine? I thougt that was already perfected?

...You look quite fit, by the way. My compliments...

Thanks! You'd look fit, too if you walked a couple miles a week. My long legs make it difficult for me to slow to a shamble, so I "stride." My son hates it. He's 6'4" and hates that his 5'9" mom can out-walk him. *e-vil laughter*

It took me two years to decide I wanted one, but I got it here in Vegas aboout 20 years ago. The outlines are a little fuzzy now, but the colors are still bright. It’s not exposed to the sun. ;o]

No rain here, but 42 degrees and it will be a cloudy day with a high of maybe 62. Ugh.

Pouring here. The cats were out all night, so they’re balled up in various locations for the rest of the day. It’s supposed to be in the 20s tonight: I assume this rain will blow through and then the wind will shift north.

Tom ruined Jake’s nap by accidentally rustling a plastic bag. Jake is terrified of plastic bags.

My little blind Tokyo Rose was terrified of plastic bags and vacuum cleaners. It dismayed me to see my roommates two kids use these items to scare Tokyo, so when I moved out, I took her.

When I had groceries in plastic bags, I would put her in the bathroom and shut the door to lessen the threat to her.

For a blind kitty, she was an awesome pet. I was able to get the mats out of her hair and she would even jump on my stomach when I was lying on the sofa watching TV. Something she never did with any other person in the house.

She would curl up on the doormat and wait for me to come home from work. When she heard me coming up the walk, she would get up and stretch. I always caught that stretch, and always laughed.

She was my bed buddy. Never under the covers, though. She didn’t like that. I have some photos somewhere...
