” Either they’ve made a major error in filing the insurance (like didn’t get the new policy entered)”

I’ll take major error for 500, Alex....

I hope you’re right, because the alternative is coming up with a lot of cash.

And now, off to buy crickets for a hungry baby dragon.

Um, because that is just such a “Darkshere” thing to do that it is in the realm of likelyhood?

I sense a tie-in somewhere in there to other tales.
But can’t make the connection brainwise yet.
Need more coffee.

I had the cat staring in my face. Our pets are funny! Never make eye contact in the mornings unless you want to get out of bed.

Tristan has the eye contact thing down pat.
He makes certain you have no choice BUT to make eye contact.

DP’s alarm went off at 5:30. He doesn’t ever get up when it goes off, but sometimes I do. I suppose that’s the point. The catz were happy to see me, but not happy to find it was raining when they went outside.

Successful trip to Walmart, where I returned a pair of jeans Elen didn’t like, Goodwill, and Petsmart. The dragons are munching now: Santana got SuperWorms, and Baby got crickets.

So Jake had that distinct “drenched cat” look to him this morning, complee with downward pointing whiskers?

No - they came back in, complaining, after getting only mildly wet. Shannon has the leather chair, now, and Jake is in someone’s bed.

I feel like such a slackard, today...

My rendition of a Zombie being awakened is getting pretty authentic, these days.

However, I DID walk to the 7/11 about 3/4 of a mile from here and back. I figure if I can do that without major (or even minor) dizziness or an attack by the Wobblies, I can walk to the PO and Walmart again and catch the bus home.

Yay, me!

The city is putting in a new park about half a block from here. It will be a nice place to hang out, I think, as it is close to the cop shop and other city buildings. I hope they put in lots of trees....

I forgot to ask, TC: were those items what “she” wanted?

Well, catz seem to think that since we can make it warm and dry inside the house, we can make it warm and dry outside as well.
At least NiMH seemed to think so.

Yes, the items were excellent. Sally wanted the orange beret, so I kept it and I’ll throw in an extra donation. I think we’re going to auction the white and the purple stoles together, figuring that someone who wants to use that style would like to have two colors, and raffle the other pieces.

The weather has been crummy here the last several days, so hopefully it will be nice for Saturday.

I’m cooking some sausage for use in a casserole later - Ash and Jake are parked in the kitchen looking expectant.

I’m they were all accepted. They are mostly experiments to see how the stitch parrern works up into an article, but sometimes, I don’t know who to give them too.

I will keep your raffle in mind and will do projects with an idea of who may benefit! Kewl!
