Josh is horrible. When he sang a little higher, he had to grab his chest. Bad posture, terrible stage presence. Send Josh home and that Marcus isn’t so hot either but I missed first 15 minutes. Hi, Jonny!

ITA. The over production is the only thing keeping Marcus in the competition, IMO. Just singing on his own he is a wreck.

Again, no clue what this is. Lots of dancers and flahsing lights. The Nervo twins doing whatever djs do. This song doesn't suit Josh at all. It's kind of unsettling.
L.A.: In the recording world I could never see you doing that song, so I just don't believe it. (liked him as a singer, though)
Paula: You nailed it!
Simon: I agree with LA. The song was completely inappropriate. You were surrounded by a ridiculous dancing routine. You're very lucky you get a second chance tonight. (blames Nicole for another botched song choice)
Nicole: You showed how versatile and current you are. You made the song your own. (LA and Simon vocally object)

I close my eyes and just listen when that happens.
Helps to get a better feel for what they sound like.

Much of the dancing looks like they belong in party busses with stripper poles. It’s soft porn. The dancers detract from the show. I don’t see how x-factor will be back cuz it’s incredibly boring with bells and whistles but it’s so fake imo.
