Imagine the foresight of the lawmakers there to have put an anti snake biting ordinance on the books. Those guys think of everything.

The real fun stuff are the laws that were never taken off the books.
I once pointed out to my local police chief that the law said he had to pay me a nickle for every dead rat I brought to his office.

Yeah but the nickle was just too much so we kilt em and left em for the vultures.

Snake bites man - that’s not news. Man bites snake - that’s news.
To: Steelfish
America has gone insane, not the man who bit the snake. First of all, why would the law allow one the largest, most deadly snakes on earth to be somebody's "pet"? Getting loose, these full grown reptiles can kill and eat just about whatever they want to, including our pets and
us. Secondly, snakes have killed so many human beings over the centuries that it would be impossible to track and count the deaths. So why the compassion for "poor" snake, and the arrest of the drunk guy who did it? In saner times in America something like this would not be criminal, it would make for a good laugh.
If that snake got loose and killed a human being, people in this sick generation would find a way to protect the snake from being put down by claiming "it was just doing what snakes do".

Was the human poisonous?

In California they feel really bad about biting a snake, but nothing at all about killing unborn babies.

Senk said he had no recollection of the incident after blacking out from drinking but felt "horrible as hell about it." Dude. Like I had this weird dream where, you know like, I had the munchies and like, I saw this big like twizzler laying on the floor and I thought, "Like, wow, this is so convenient" so I reached out and grabbed and started eating it. I think it moved.
