Is George not in the courtroom?
Here come the tears.
George is there but it’s the first time I’ve seen George and Cindy’s lawyer sit BETWEEN them- normally they sit nex to each other with lawyer and/or Lee on the end.
Patton you have it right.
Oh, here comes the “sad” Casey. Poor, miserable brat.
When you hear all the lies she told it’s just unbelievable.
I thought I saw him earlier...sitting next to Cindy
Just saw George, but not next to Cindy. Wonder if he and Cindy had a major blowout after her testimony was shot to hell.
So Casey didn’t tell all those lies?
Oddly enough, I am listining to it - though I should not be.
How did the child die, and when?
No evidence?
Case dismissed.
I will not hang someone on “speculation.”
The family dynamics are quite transparent today.
I don’t know. I don’t have a boob tube in here, and I’m not streaming. Frankly, her parents couldn’t have done her more harm if they tried during this whole thing. They’ve blotted their copybook so badly they won’t be of much help during the penalty phase, either. Baez oughta be disbarred for his conduct during this case.
This is a circumstantial case as are most- there is layer after layer after layer that show, after looking at them, there’s no where else to go but that Caylee killed her daughter and told one desperate lie after another to hide it from everyone. “Conciousness of guilt”...
Yes. It’s just my personal belief that Casey murdered her daughter intentionally based on her terrible lies and horrible courtroom demeanor.
Those cases are made in much the same way this case is being made, according to Florida Judge Alex.
Yes, it’s not just one piece of evidence, it’s all of it put together.
Listening to the closing agrument from the prosecution is making me tear up.
Casey looking away, with her eyes closed. She’s going to be doing this for along time. Finally coming face to face with her actions. No more lies to tell.
You may be right - but would you kill someone based on your belief? Pull out a knife, and slit her throat, and watch her bleed out like a goat?
I would not. Case not proven.
Casey is not only a good lier but she really fakes it for the jury....tears etc
When the cause of death cant be proven and a motive rather than girls just want to have fun theory, I have a problem with a “premditated charge”.
The whole family have been shown to be a bunch of liars and the jury may have a difficult time believing anyone.
