Neil Gaiman is a science fiction writer who made a name for himself writing the DC Comics book “Sandman”, and moved on from there. He has several novels published, including “Coraline”, which was the basis for an animated feature a few years back.
He’s referring to Camille, who we found out in one episode back in season one is a lesbian. (Unless, of course, he’s referring to Col. Young’s extra-marital affair with a female officer under his command, but I don’t think so.)
