**** Dont allow the RAT media to select OUR candidate this time.****
The RAT media calculates how to promote and destroy all GOP possible candidates.
Doesn’t matter who or why. Just so long as the elected one is theirs.
One thing’s for sure. He’s got something on Hussein.
GO TRUMP GO ^5.
I will be voting for him if he is on the ballot.
Scott Brown and Romney are career politicians.Trump is not.
Totally OT but a good one:

He is being attacked daily and still speaking the truth.
That is what we need.
“It is a signal advantage of taxes on articles of consumption, that they contain in their own nature a security against excess. They prescribe their own limit; which cannot be exceeded without defeating the end proposed, that is, an extension of the revenue. When applied to this object, the saying is as just as it is witty, that, "in political arithmetic, two and two do not always make four .'' If duties are too high, they lessen the consumption; the collection is eluded; and the product to the treasury is not so great as when they are confined within proper and moderate bounds. This forms a complete barrier against any material oppression of the citizens by taxes of this class, and is itself a natural limitation of the power of imposing them.”
The bottom line is, taxing consumption as our founding fathers intended, allows the market place to determine the limit of tax on each article selected for taxation. But it only works when Congress is deprived of taxing profits, gains, salaries and other incomes, and why I suggest repealing the 16th Amendment with the wording I outlined above.
But getting back to Mr. Trump, I have a gut reaction he sees our country being destroyed from within, that he understands how disloyal public servants are milking our federal treasury and are advancing foreign interests for personal profit, and he may very well be the one who has the fortitude to deal with disloyal members of Congress who have brought our nation to the brink of disaster by ignoring America’s best interests with their never ending assault upon America’s domestic manufactures, industries, and robbing the wages which working people earn from the sale of the property they have in their labor. In any event, we may soon find out Donald’s ideas for taxes and trade. Hopefully his studies our founder’s original tax plan, as they intended it to operate.

“…..with all these blessings, what more is necessary to make us a happy and a prosperous people? Still one thing more, fellow-citizens—a wise and frugal Government, which shall restrain men from injuring one another, shall leave them otherwise free to regulate their own pursuits of industry and improvement and shall not take from the mouth of labor the bread it has earned. This is the sum of good government, and this is necessary to close the circle of our felicities“. __ Thomas Jefferson, First Inaugural Address

Health care by consent of the governed (Article 5) our amendment process --- tyranny by a PROGRESSIVE majority vote in Congress!
That is a good one.

Our federal government personifies a living creature, a predator: it grows, it multiplies, it protects itself, it feeds on those it can defeat, and does everything to expand and flourish, even at the expense of enslaving a nation’s entire population.
“Hopefully his studies our founders original tax plan, as they intended it to operate.”
DT’s been busy most of his life doing business and, like most of us, probably never received an in-depth education and analysis of the Constitution, but I, as you, also hope he’ll study it again, particularly this part - it reflects his own philosophy of how we (the U.S.) need to do business again. As he lays out his own philosophies to the public, he’ll have a powerful frame of reference to point out.
What is so disturbing to me is, there is not one member of Congress, nor any news media such as FoxNews, or any of our “conservative” radio talk show hosts talking about our Constitution’s original tax plan and how it encourage Congress to adopt policies to advance America’s prosperity and her own best interests. Who among the following list has ever taken the time to discuss our Constitution’s ORIGINAL TAX PLAN as our founders intended it to operate? Rush Limbaugh, Glenn Beck, Sean Hannity, Laura Ingraham, Schnitt, Mark Levin, Dennis Prager, Bill O'rielly, Mike Gallagher, Lee Rodgers, Neal Boortz. Tammy Bruce, Monica Crowley, Herman Cain …. WHO?
What a breath of fresh air Donald would bring to the debate in defending our Constitution as it was intended to operate, and which paved the way for American to become the most powerful and prosperous nation on the planet when it was followed.

your’s is the most sane summary of Federal taxation I’ve seen in a while.
It’s way past time the Feds were returned to the service of the states...rather than the 180 degrees out of sync things have gotten.
thanks
I appreciate your kind words but the credit is due to our founding fathers who based our Constitution‘s original tax plan upon principles which do not change with the passage of time, e.g.,
1. the apportioned tax to be laid if Congress spends more than is brought in from imposts, duties and miscellaneous excise taxes which immediately addresses deficits should they occur, and does so in a manner which creates a very real movement of accountability for each State’s Congressional Delegation when the must return home with a bill in hand for their State’s Governor and Legislature to deal with
2. the rule of apportionment whenever any general tax is laid among the states which ties taxation and representation by the same standard and creates a fair-share formula in the wording of our Constitution, ending the political weapon of class warfare
3. taxing at our water’s edge as a first means to fill our national treasury which not only has foreigners filling our national treasury for the privilege of doing business on American soil, but provides the means to adopt an America first policy through taxes and trade
4. and let us not forget that by restricting Congress to raising internal revenue by taxes on judiciously selected articles of consumption, not only does the market place determine the amount of tax on each article selected, but when Congress is compelled to raising its revenue by taxing consumption, it becomes in Congress’ best interest to encourage a healthy and vibrant economy which in turn leads to a productive consumption and flow of revenue into the federal treasury.
We need to keep in mind the principles underlying our Constitution’s ORIGINAL TAX PLAN and how an adherence to them paved the way for American to become the most prosperous and powerful nation on the planet, while members of Congress were encouraged to be loyal stewards of our federal treasury and to practice fiscal frugality as opposed to spreading America’s wealth to the world’s highest bidders.
Perhaps someone of importance in the tea party movement or a concerned radio talk show host with a powerful mike will take up the cause and reintroduce America to the wisdom of our Constitution’s original tax plan.

JWK
