They’re not law enforcement, they’re cashiers!! So is every adult who goes in with their children going to be asked for proof of identity proving that they are in fact their children when they buy alcohol? Ridiculous...won’t go there anymore!!!

I am on the store's side. Here's why: In Ohio, the state runs stings on liquor and cigarette retailers. The agents pose as people like you and if the store had let the "daughter" through, the cashier would be facing jail time. It's entrapment, but our state supreme court allows it.

LOL! All I can imagine is that these "rights" people are the ones who travel overseas, get into a bind and wonder why they have no "rights." They think the US Constitution hovers over them in every situation, both foreign and domestic.

That SCOTUS decision dismayed me as well. Although I do understand they wanted to protect “political speech.”

I personally think what WBC does goes way beyond “political speech.”
