Theyre not law enforcement, theyre cashiers!! So is every adult who goes in with their children going to be asked for proof of identity proving that they are in fact their children when they buy alcohol? Ridiculous...wont go there anymore!!!I am on the store's side. Here's why: In Ohio, the state runs stings on liquor and cigarette retailers. The agents pose as people like you and if the store had let the "daughter" through, the cashier would be facing jail time. It's entrapment, but our state supreme court allows it.

Now I just go a half mile further down the road. Problem solved, and everybodys rights are intact. That's what a mature adult would do if they are irritated by the policy of a private business.

I try to be mature at 47, don’t always succeed, but yes, this scenario is a no-brainer.
To: sauropod
No, lol. Did the Pug catch a parked one?
To: RegulatorCountry
You’re easily amused.
We’re happy to know your amusement isn’t restricted to your bathroom full length mirror.

That was my point. Some internet tough guy thinks he can intimidate through his keyboard but when you give it back they come unglued. It’s fun playing with half wits.

It's entrapment, but our state supreme court allows it. Yes and that is wrong.

You must’ve been peeping in someone else’s bathroom window. I don’t have a full length mirror in my entire house.
To: sauropod
Sure is. Just as the SCOTUS decision on Westboro last week was atravesty of common decency. We’re screwed.
To: TigersEye
So, you DO play with yourself.
And all this because you didn’t like “Ihre papiere, bitte.”.
Isn’t that sad.
You snap at me, I snap at you. You’re a sorry little man, you know that? An authoritarian pissant who can’t handle pushback. You’re an easy mark. Just stay out of those non-White ‘hoods. You’d never survive.

So? Most commies don’t read Russian.
You’re on FR and you’re not a Conservative.
Your point is lost.

And this thread has scooped up a bunch of them. LOL LOL! All I can imagine is that these "rights" people are the ones who travel overseas, get into a bind and wonder why they have no "rights." They think the US Constitution hovers over them in every situation, both foreign and domestic.
To: Thumper1960
I wouldnt admit to it, either Of course you wouldn't. Peering in peoples' bathroom window is illegal. Maybe that strikes you as authoritarian and you're a protest peeper. Fight the system, dude.
To: buccaneer81
That’s about the size of it. Their understanding of rights is on a par with any Victim Mentality liberal you can think of.

That SCOTUS decision dismayed me as well. Although I do understand they wanted to protect “political speech.”
I personally think what WBC does goes way beyond “political speech.”
