The ancient vessel was discovered in waters near Khortytsia Island in 1999.

They’re not on any chart, you must find them in your heart.

I just hope Gordon Lightfoot doesn’t write a song about it.

The real problem is the really bad Slavic to English transliteration. I speak and read Russian and I had to read it several times to realize that they were talking about hydro archeology (hidroarkheolohia).

Thank Marx! Soviet technology is not dead. The Russkis were able to raise this yacht from 20 feet of ...gasp....gasp...water (a Russian Invention)!
Former comrades, we do this in Amerika every weekend at thousands of boat ramps across the land.
And just like you Russkis, most of the participants are alcohol-impaired. BTW, nice set of Khortytsia, Mama Putin.

I believe that the Cossacks originated in Zaparozhia. They also founded the town of Krivoy Rog in Dnepropetrovsk Region.

Interesting concept of what’s “ancient.” Maybe it was a bad translation.

It’s before Marx, so, the Commie countries that’s ancient, analogous to the French’ calling their royal period the ancien regime. :’)
